1.2 GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING AIR TRANSPORT

All tickets will be issued in economy class unless otherwise specified. Airline economy class tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, and non-transferable.

Modification of passenger names, dates, times, routings, or departure/arrival airports are at the sole discretion of the airline and, if permitted, will likely be subject to a substantial change fee. The passenger is responsible for any such fees.  Seat assignments are subject to the airline’s policies and may not be able to be made until the passenger(s) are at the airport on the day of departure. IBIZA TRAVEL is not able to specify the type of aircraft to be used by any airline.

Airline tickets booked through IBIZA TRAVEL may not be eligible to earn frequent flyer miles.

All passenger(s) are advised to reconfirm their flights at least 72 Hours before scheduled departure. Re-confirmation is important in case of any changes to your flight.

Changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar events are beyond the control of IBIZA TRAVEL. If the passenger(s) exceed the weight limit set by the airline, and excess weight is permitted, the passenger(s) must pay a supplement directly to the airline at the airport.

The airline is liable to the passenger(s) for the baggage entrusted to it only for the compensation contemplated in the international conventions and relevant statutes.
