THE FOLLOWING TERMS AND CONDITIONS APPLY TO ALL OUR JOURNEYS AND SERVICES, UNLESS OTHERWISE SPECIFIED.

Please thoroughly review these terms and conditions of IBIZA TRAVEL (SB TRAVEL SRL), herein referred to as IBIZA TRAVEL or TRAVEL AGENCY. The addressee of this notice, who is the passenger that requires the bookings and the primary contact with the TRAVEL AGENCY, will be the only recipient of these terms and conditions. It is the sole responsibility of the addressee to inform all other parties traveling of the contents of these terms and conditions.
The addressee of this notice by receiving this Terms by e-mail, and/or requiring bookings and/ or making a full or partial payment to IBIZA TRAVEL, acknowledges that have been advised of, reviewed, and hereby accept these terms and conditions and contract for travel related services.
This section applies to AIRFARE.
All air carriers are independent contractors and are not owned, managed, controlled, or operated by IBIZA TRAVEL. IBIZA TRAVEL acts simply as an intermediary between the passenger(s) and the airline.
Your airline ticket constitutes a contract between yourself and the airlines (and not IBIZA TRAVEL), even if purchased through IBIZA TRAVEL. IBIZA TRAVEL is not liable for, and does not assume responsibility or accept claims with regard to, seat assignments, name changes, schedule changes, flight changes and/or cancellations, or any event related with the air transport.
1.2 GENERAL CONDITIONS GOVERNING AIR TRANSPORT
All tickets will be issued in economy class unless otherwise specified. Airline economy class tickets are highly restrictive, non-refundable, and non-transferable.
Modification of passenger names, dates, times, routings, or departure/arrival airports are at the sole discretion of the airline and, if permitted, will likely be subject to a substantial change fee. The passenger is responsible for any such fees. Seat assignments are subject to the airline’s policies and may not be able to be made until the passenger(s) are at the airport on the day of departure. IBIZA TRAVEL is not able to specify the type of aircraft to be used by any airline.
Airline tickets booked through IBIZA TRAVEL may not be eligible to earn frequent flyer miles.
All passenger(s) are advised to reconfirm their flights at least 72 Hours before scheduled departure. Re-confirmation is important in case of any changes to your flight.
Changes imposed by cancellation or rescheduling of flights by an airline, the alteration of airline or aircraft type, or other similar events are beyond the control of IBIZA TRAVEL. If an airline cancels or delays a flight, IBIZA TRAVEL is not liable for any charges in the event of a change and/or cancellation and will not provide any refund.
IBIZA TRAVEL is not liable for any damages, charges, or loss related to changes, delays, cancellations, missed connections, reassignments, security delays, refused to board, or failure to check-in.
IBIZA TRAVEL reserves the right at any time to cancel or change flights and to substitute alternative arrangements without compensation and accepts no liability for damages and losses as a result of these changes.
1.3 FLIGHTS PROHIBITED PRACTICES
While not an exclusive list, the following ticketing practices are prohibited:
Back-to-back ticketing: combining multiple overlapping round-trip tickets to circumvent an overnight stay requierments.
Throw-away ticketing: use of discounted round-trip excursion fares for one-way travel.
Point-beyond ticketing: use of a fare published for travel to a point beyond your actual intended destination or from a point before your actual intended origin.
Failure to comply with applicable fare restrictions, circumventing those restrictions, or misrepresenting your intended itinerary are all violations of the Contract of Carriage with the AIRLINE. Violation of this contract reserves the AIRLINE the right to:
- Cancel the remainder of the itinerary and confiscate any unused flight coupons.
- Refuse to board the passenger or check baggage.
- Charge the passenger for the difference between the fare paid and the fare for the passenger’s traveled itinerary.
Each airline has its own policy regarding luggage. We recommend that the passenger(s) check with the airline ahead of time for any weight restrictions and additional charges relating to checked baggage. The passenger(s) will be responsible for paying to the airline any additional charges for checked or overweight baggage, including, but not limited to, golf bags and oversized luggage. If the passenger(s) exceed the weight limit set by the airline, and excess weight is permitted, the passenger(s) must pay a supplement directly to the airline at the airport.
The airline is liable to the passenger(s) for the baggage entrusted to it only for the compensation contemplated in the international conventions and relevant statutes. In the event of damage, late forwarding, theft or loss of luggage, the passenger(s) should contact the airline and declare the damage, absence or loss of the personal effects before leaving the airport, and then submit a declaration. IBIZA TRAVEL does not assume responsibility or accept claims with regard to luggage and personal effects, and strongly recommends obtaining an insurance policy covering the value of the passenger(s) items.
This section applies to airfare, and ground services, travel packages, and all the kind of travel services between IBIZA TRAVEL and the Passenger(s).
2.1 BOOKING ACCURACY/LEGAL NAMES
The passenger is required to immediately review all aspects of their booking to verify (but not limited to): passenger names, mailing address, email address, telephone number, date of birth, pricing, airfare, arrival/departure airports, accommodations, and organized activities. Please notify IBIZA TRAVEL immediately if any omissions and/or corrections are needed regarding the booking details. Passenger(s) voluntarily assumes full & sole responsibility for any and all risks and/or costs involved with failure to report such errors and/or omissions. The passenger is required to verify the accuracy of the passenger’s LEGAL first & last names. Guest names must be identical to the Passenger(s) LEGAL first, middle, and last names and identical to the names as they appear on booking and travel documents.
2.2 TRAVEL DOCUMENTS
Passenger(s) assumes sole responsibility to independently confirm all documentation requirements for all passports, visas, vaccination, or other entry and/or travel requirements of each destination. Passenger(s) assumes sole responsibility for, and hereby releases IBIZA TRAVEL from any claims or responsibility for any and all damages incurred as a result of Passenger(s) failure to comply with applicable documentation requirements, including but not limited the requirement that all Passengers procure, and have on their person the proper travel documents at all times. IBIZA TRAVEL recommends the Passenger(s) consult with the appropriate domestic and foreign governmental agencies for the current documentation. Passenger(s) may be refused to board or disembark from a plane, vessel or train without liability for refund, payment, compensation, or credit of any kind if do not have proper documentation, and will be subject to any fine or other costs incurred by IBIZA TRAVEL which result from improper documentation or noncompliance with applicable regulations.
2.3 ITINERARY AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE PASSENGER
The Itinerary provided by IBIZA TRAVEL can be expressed in USD Dollars or ARS Argentinean Pesos.
An Itinerary acceptance by the passengers is considered as consent and acceptance of IBIZA TRAVEL Terms and Conditions. It is considered an Acceptance the booking request E-mail (or similar), and / or a Booking Form completed by the passenger, and / or the declaration approving the Itinerary, or approving the quote or approving to move forward with the reservation.
After the Passenger(s) acceptance, IBIZA TRAVEL can require a First Deposit or Full Payment of the Quoted Trip, subject to the dates, destinations, and specific services.
If there is no other specification, the itineraries should be fully paid 45 days before departure.
2.4 PRICE BREAKDOWN BY THE TRAVEL AGENCY
IBIZA TRAVEL is under no obligation to provide a price breakdown of the Itinerary, neither before or after the Acceptance. The trip component costs include privately negotiated rates with the properties, guides, transportation, and any other service.
2.5 THIRD-PARTY INFORMATION
IBIZA TRAVEL is not responsible for any errors or omissions that may occur as a result of incorrect information from third parties. The passenger(s) acknowledge this right and agree to hold IBIZA TRAVEL harmless for any actions or damages arising from the Supplier’s error on services or prices.
2.6 PAYMENTS METHODS AND DUE DATES
IBIZA TRAVEL accepts Wire transfers and Credit Cards payment.
Visa, Mastercard, and American Express are accepted.
After each charge, the Customer will receive a Receipt that needs to be signed and sent back to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
A picture of the Credit Card will be required, showing the last 4 numbers, and the customer’s name, brand, and expiration date.
Failure to remit payments on a timely basis will automatically put the passenger(s) booking at risk of cancellation. Passenger(s) voluntarily hold IBIZA TRAVEL harmless for cancellation of any booking for either late payment or declination of a credit card.
2.7 TRAVEL AGENCY INTERMEDIATION
IBIZA TRAVEL acts solely as a booking agent for disclosed principal supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services (“supplier(s)”), and is not the source or provider of the travel services.
Each of these supplier companies is an independent entity with its own management and is not subject to the control of IBIZA TRAVEL.
The customer is advised that the suppliers are those actually responsible for providing the travel services purchased and consents to the use of those suppliers.
IBIZA TRAVEL is simply an intermediary between the Suppliers and the public and does not own or operate any of, hotels, shore excursions, tours, transportation providers, cruise lines, vessels, airlines, travel assistance companies, attractions, or other travel-related
IBIZA TRAVEL makes no guarantee that the descriptions and photographs are an exact representation of the particular service, accommodation, room, or any other service offered by the Supplier(s).
The number of stars attributed to the hotels and other providers of accommodations quoted by IBIZA TRAVEL corresponds to a classification established as a point of reference in accordance with local standards in the host country. Please be advised that accommodations and the “star” designations may vary from country to country.
Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that IBIZA TRAVEL shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, delay, inconvenience or injury to Passenger(s) as a result of a breach of contract, act or omission whether willful or negligent, criminal or otherwise of any person, including but not limited to these Suppliers, their employees, agents, servants, or representatives.
Suppliers reserve the right to deviate from the direct, customary, and/or scheduled route or itinerary for any reason, without limitation, and without notice.
Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that IBIZA TRAVEL is not responsible for Supplier deviations, delays, cancellations, mandated overnight stays, missed connections, or any other similar condition.
Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that IBIZA TRAVEL shall be held harmless for any claim relating to Supplier rejection involving a requirement or restriction.
Passenger(s) acknowledge and agree that IBIZA TRAVEL shall not be responsible for refunding, either fully or partially, any amounts paid due to unsatisfactory services from any supplier.
In no event shall IBIZA TRAVEL be liable for any accident which occurs during the trip, including in hotels, in resorts, on airplanes/in airports, on buses/in bus stations, on trains/in train stations, on board a cruise ship, onshore excursions, or during any mode of transportation encountered during the trip. The Passenger admits a full understanding of the nature and character of the mode of transport and assumes all risks of travel, transportation, and handling of passengers and baggage.
Without limitation, Passenger(s) assume the risk of, and agree that IBIZA TRAVEL is not liable for any trip cancellation, modification or any damages during the trip. Including events from or related to any adverse weather condition or a natural disaster, war, revolution, pandemic, country border closure, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collision, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, computer problems stranding, food or water poisoning, illness, grounding, perils of the sea, rivers, canals, locks or other waters, perils of navigation of any kind, theft, accident to or from machinery or latent defects, desertion or revolt of the crew, or lost/damaged/delayed luggage.
2.8 ACTIVITIES, RISKS, AND HEALTH COMMUNICATION
An activity may not be appropriate for all ages or individuals with certain medical conditions. IBIZA TRAVEL recommends that all Passengers be in good physical and mental health and have medical approval to travel.
The passenger has the responsibility to avoid any activity that involves a risk to its specific health condition.
Any physical disabilities must be reported to IBIZA TRAVEL at the time of reservation upon initial booking.
The passenger is required to hire a Travel Assistance Insurance and to bring his or her own personal or individually prescribed devices such as wheelchairs, walkers, or similar devices.
If more than minor assistance is needed, Suppliers may require that the Passenger be accompanied by a companion who is capable of, and responsible for, providing such assistance.
IBIZA TRAVEL makes no guarantee as to the ability of any accommodations, activity provider, or facilities advertised on its site to meet the special needs of disabled clients.
In accepting to participate in any of the excursions, trips, and/or activities the passenger expressly declares that IBIZA TRAVEL and/or its dependents and/or associates are not responsible for any accident or illnesses that might take place or occur during such trips, freeing them of total responsibility.
The passenger is informed that neither IBIZA TRAVEL and/or its dependents and/or associates will be held responsible for trauma, accident, injury, illness, pain or harm, including death, or related illnesses, permanent or secondary, that I might suffer as a result of or consequence from the sickness or accident originating and suffered during the contracted services of IBIZA TRAVEL and/or its dependents and/or associates. The passengers and related family hereby waive in this case any civil action, penal, administrative, or any other ilk against them.
The passenger’s attorney, legal administrators, heirs, and or beneficiaries are obligated to respect these fore mentioned declarations and in particular, waiving of previously named actions.
With this declaration, IBIZA TRAVEL informs at this Contract on the conditions and risks involved in each trip, excursion, and activity. The passenger declares to be absolutely aware and assume the risks that this might imply to his health and wellbeing.
2.9 MODIFICATIONS REQUIRED BY THE PASSENGER(S) AFTER THE ITINERARY CONFIRMATION
The services modifications, and/or dates modifications and/or the number of passenger’s modifications, required by the passenger(s) needs to be informed in writing to be considered by the Travel Agency, with the detailed specification of the requirement.
The requirement must be done by the person who Accepted the original Itinerary.
If the Passenger(s) wish to make a change to their services the Travel Agency will provide an updated quote of the itinerary, subject to this section.
Certain arrangements may not be amended after they have been confirmed and any alteration could incur a cancellation charge of up to 100% of that part of the arrangements.
If the Passenger wish to change any aspect of your trip after it has commenced, the Travel Agency IBIZA TRAVEL will do its / their best to assist, subject to extra charges.
The Passenger(s) can require one Trip Date Modification to postpone the same original trip within one year from the original trip date, subject to price updates, and suppliers’ penalties and/or fees. In this case, IBIZA TRAVEL will require a new date for the trip.
If the client cannot provide the new date, it will be considered as a full cancellation
An Itinerary modification date request after one year will be considered as a Cancellation, subject to the “Cancellation by the Passenger(s)” section.
NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
If more Passengers than the original request are added to the Itinerary, those (or their representative) could be required to complete the Booking Form. The completed Booking Form by the additional Passenger (or the representative) or any other action as the declaration by E-mail approving the Itinerary, or approving the Quote or approving to move forward with the Reservation, or All other reasonable tacit actions, will be considered as the Acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The Booking Form will not be required in the case of a trip modification, by the exception of a new Passenger o more that join the Itinerary.
REDUCTION IN NUMBER OF PASSENGERS
If the original number of passengers is reduced, the clauses in the section of the next paragraph will be considered.
CONDITIONS FOR ANY KIND OF MODIFICATION REQUIRED BY THE PASSENGER(S)
The Travel Agency will provide a new Itinerary and Price, subject to supplier and/or airline penalties, availability and fares updates.
The itinerary quote update will be informed as a full price, with no Price Breakdown of the penalties, fares updates, or any other cause of the price modification.
The new Itinerary and Price that is not accepted by the Passenger(s), will be considered as a Cancellation by the Passenger(s), and subject to the “Cancellation by the Passenger(s)” section and Penalties.
A request for a trip modification by the Passenger(s) will be considered until 30 days prior to departure. An Itinerary modification required after 30 days prior to the departure will be considered as a Cancellation, subject to the “Cancellation by the Passenger(s)” section.
The conditions in this section apply to ground services and flights.
A Travel Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended to the Passenger(s) to avoid disappointments with any unforeseen events.
2.10 CANCELLATION BY THE PASSENGER(S)
CANCELLATION BY THE PASSENGER OF GROUND SERVICES AND TRAVEL PACKAGES
If there is no other specific Cancellation by the Passenger(s) Term informed to the Passenger, this section will apply:

|Since 15 days prior to departure:||100%|
- This section does not include cancellation of flights (International and Domestic Flights).
- All the no-shows are considered cancellations, 100% non-refundable, and subject to supplier’s penalties.
- Cancellations by the Client because of unforeseen events or Force Majeure cause will be subject to the Penalty informed in this section. For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, Force Majeure is defined on section 2.11
- A Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended to the Passenger(s) to avoid disappointments with any unforeseen events.
CANCELLATION BY THE PASSENGER OF FLIGHTS
Flight Tickets Cancellation by the Passenger(s) is subject to the specific fare conditions and penalties of the airline plus a 10% penalty by Ibiza Travel on the ticket/s value.
All the no-shows are considered cancellations, 100% non-refundable, and subject to supplier’s penalties.
CANCELLATION & MODIFICATIONS NOTIFICATIONS BY THE PASSENGER(S) – GROUND SERVICES AND FLIGHTS
All cancellations or requests for a modification shall be made in writing and sent to IBIZA TRAVEL by email to email@example.com. Cancellations or modifications sent to any other address will not be processed.
Notifications will be considered as received by IBIZA TRAVEL after the answer by e-mail from the Travel Agency. The requests will be considered before 5:00 p.m. Buenos Aires Time on a business day. All other cancellations or modifications requests will be considered on the next business day. Example: If an email is received at 6 pm on Saturday it will not be processed until the following Monday morning. The reception of the passenger(s)r cancellation or modification request will be confirmed via email.
Passenger(s) hereby accept and acknowledge liability for all cancellation & modifications conditions described by IBIZA TRAVEL and are subject to penalties, as described in this document.
2.11 CANCELLATION AND / OR MODIFICATIONS BY IBIZA TRAVEL
While IBIZA TRAVEL will use its best endeavors to operate all the itineraries as informed, by entering into this contract the Passenger (s) accepts that it may prove necessary or advisable to vary or modify the itinerary or its contents due to prevailing local conditions.
IBIZA TRAVEL reserves the right at any time to cancel or change any of the facilities, services or prices (including flights, accommodation or other arrangements) and to substitute alternative arrangements of comparable monetary value without compensation and accepts no liability for loss of enjoyment as a result of these changes.
IBIZA TRAVEL is not responsible for changes, cancellations, and/or price updates due to necessary or advisable itinerary modifications, defined by IBIZA TRAVEL.
IBIZA TRAVEL is not responsible for changes, cancellations, and/or price updates due to Force Majeure causes.
Force Majeure causes are weather condition or a natural disaster, war, revolution, pandemic, country border closure, extortion, terrorist activity, threatened or actual rebellion, political upheaval, civil unrest, riots, fire, lockouts, explosion, collision, mechanical or construction failures or difficulties, diseases, local laws, abnormal conditions or developments, closure of airports/seaports/hotels/train stations, carrier or supplier logistical problems, or any other similar unpredictable reason,
All the cancellation defined by supplier cruise lines, hotels, airlines, air charters, bus companies, ground transportation, boat purveyors or owners, and other independent contractors providing accommodations, transportation, and/or other services will be considered as Force Majeure causes.
A Trip Cancellation Insurance is highly recommended to the Passenger(s) to avoid disappointments with any unforeseen events.
MODIFICATION OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These Terms and Conditions may be amended or modified by IBIZA TRAVEL at any time without notice. It is therefore essential that the passenger(s) consult the Terms and Conditions prior to making each and every booking.
This Contract shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Argentina and the parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Argentinean courts.
