Glaciers & Penguins Review by Maureen W.
“I usually plan my own trips but this time I decided I needed help from a professional. I’m really glad that Nico and Sebastian phoned me and help me plan this trip for festive season. They were really attentive and gave suggestions to us to build the right itinerary. When we started thinking of this trip, we thought of a beach destination and ended up going to the incredible Patagonia with its glaciers and wildlife (though we did get some hot days in Buenos Aires). Nicolas took care of all our flights and transfer from the airports to our accommodation, also our tours. If my ideas were not the best, he would be polite enough to tell me about a better option. His best suggestion was regarding lengths of stay in each destination and planning our flights to minimize dead times. Ibiza Travel provides a great App which made us easy to get in contact with them and enabled us to download our whole trip. When we landed in Buenos Aires Sebastian got in touch with me, as Nicolas’s wife was having their first baby, and his brother met me at our hotel and grabbed breakfast with me. Our travel specialists checked on me during the whole trip. My family and I loved every second of this journey. Accommodation was unbeatable and Nicolas made sure our budget remained where we wanted to. The activities Nicolas arranged for us were the main attraction of this trip. The glaciers in Calafate were unforgettable and the guides were very professional. We got the chance to get off the boat tour in Ushuaia and walk with the little penguins, the main reason why we wanted to visit Patagonia.”

“I don’t even know where to begin. I was pleasant to be matched with Nicolas as my travel agent. He helped us building our itinerary and took care of our reservations, local flights and transfers. My husband and I were on the phone with him several times. We first told our agent the places we wanted to visit, and he provided the greatest itinerary for us. Our journey consisted of ten days within Argentina (we spent some nights in Buenos Aires, the Wine Country and the Iguazu Falls). In the beginning we weren’t so sure about a ten-day trip, but Nicolas put together the itinerary journey for us, including every highlight that we mentioned in the first place. I would recommend this travel agent’s assistance to anyone who’s planning to visit Argentina. The Iguazu Falls were the most wonderful part of our trip as it left us breathless. We took a tour within the National Park and enjoy a boat tour that sailed between the waterfalls.”

” Even though we have been in many places, we weren’t used to booking through a travel agency, as we wanted to have flexibility in our trips. But when we started organizing our trip to Argentina, a country where I have attended during my school days, we started struggling, lucky for us we found Nicolas and his team. The three brothers were excellent and paid special attention to our needs. Ibiza Travel built a wonderful itinerary for us. I have never written a review like this but they really deserved this one. “
Luxury Off the Grid Review by Idee & Bob G.
” We had a wonderful time in Argentina and Ibiza Travel did an excellent job building our itinerary. They listened to our needs and took note of everything we wanted to experience. They provide different options and if we had any doubts or questions, they answered wisely offering the best alternative. Our travel specialist was in contact with us during our entire trip and when we had a little inconvenient with the hotel room, they solved it immediately. We really enjoy our time in the city of Buenos Aires, admiring its architecture and cultural spots. Our two-night cruise in Santa Cruz, surrounded by the glaciers, was excellent was well as the attention on board. We were very happy with this travel company and recommend them highly. We were pleasant with this agency and we strongly recommend them. If we went back to Argentina there’s nothing I would do differently.”
Off Road North Review by Susan & Thomas E.
” From Nicolas’s first response we felt his recommendations were promising. He understood our desires and he sent an itinerary draft with exactly everything we were thinking of. My husband and I worked very close with him and he designed a unique trip for us. I would recommend this agency to anyone who’s looking for a great experience in Argentina. We’ve been to Buenos Aires, Mendoza, Iguazu, Bariloche and the nortwest and in each destination we loved every activity. Wine tasting in Mendoza is definitely a highlight. I would suggest not missing the Iguazu Falls and Bariloche’s landscape. Every chosen hotel was great, and our private guides were very professional and easy to be with. If I we went back to Argentina I would ask my travel agent for his suggestions, but we would surely visit more wineries.”
Glamping & Trek Review by Sabrina L.
” Our trip to Patagonia will be really hard to forget, as it was beyond what we could ever imagined. Our travel agent and his family team did an excellent work building an itinerary. We were absolutely relaxed during the trip and everywhere that we visited there was a person waiting for our arrival, we didn’t have to worry about anything. If I had any doubt I could just text Nicolas and he responded very quick. Every day of our itinerary was different from the previous. We did some trekking in the most amazing landscape inside Torres del Paine National Park as well as in Calafate and El Chalten. We experienced waterfalls, wine tasting Patagonia’s lakes and the well-known Andean crossing. If I had to change something about this itinerary it would only be adding more days in El Chalten as there are many different treks to do. “
Argentina Grand Trip Review by Peter C.
” Nicolas and his team did a stupendous work building a tailor-made itinerary for our trip to Argentina. He came up with great ideas, mixing soft and adventure, discovering every region of the country. He took care of our flights and transfers. We visited Buenos Aires, Mar del Plata, Iguazu, Mendoza, Bariloche, and Ushuaia. All of the boutique hotels we stayed in were perfect. Our travel agent checked on us every day either by phone or text. Every place that we’ve been in Argentina is hard to forget, as the unbelievable Iguazu Falls, the quiet Mendoza, the city life in Buenos Aires and the blue lakes in Bariloche. If I went back to Argentina, I would visit other interesting places as the glaciers in El Calafate, or maybe San Juan and Jujuy provinces. “
Wild Adventure Review by Steven P.
” Hands down, great agency. Super helpful and accommodating. I booked a 7 day trip across Argentina/Patagonia extremely last minute and Nico was able to pull everything together in time and book us a truly outstanding set of hotels / activities which made for an unforgettable visit. Definitely recommend doing the same if you want to avoid the hassle of figuring every detail out yourself and having someone on hand via whatsapp to ask questions / suggestions to take your trip to the next level. Even during our pre- and post- Patagonia stay in Buenos Aires Nico was extremely helpful in providing recommendations on restaurants etc (not within his duties at all). Just trust me on this one, book your holidays with him. It will make all the difference. Highlights: – Nidepo Aike ranch stay (1 night) – Morena Glacier ice trek. Make sure you do the Big Ice trek, totally worth it! Even when weather isnt great. Keep up the great work Nico. “
Calafate Getaway Review by Sally V.
” I found comfort in my agent since the beginning of my trip planning. He was very enthusiastic and provided new ideas if I didn’t fancy his first suggestions. He also provided full attention to us not only from the planning stage but also during our time in Argentina. He gave us his phone number in case we should have any problem so we could consult with him directly. Incredibly glad about the service he provided. I think spending some days in El Calafate is a must when travelling to Argentina as I have never experienced such thing as being surrounded by those big masses of ice. Also, watching the Andes Range, and feeling surrounded by nature is a memory I will carry with me for good. If I had to change something about my trip is to stay one more night in the Glaciers Land and deleting one night in Buenos Aires from the itinerary. “
Gourmet Vacation Review by Eileen M.
” We were doing some research regarding our trip by ourselves in the first place and that’s how we ended up getting in contact with Ibiza Travel. Our travel agent understood perfectly the kind of trip we wished for. Thanks to Ibiza Travel we got to enjoy the different activities in a more exclusive way. We wished to visit many places of Argentina and Nicolas helped with building the right itinerary considering flights. He made it possible for us to see everything we wanted, and all the services went great. The travel agency’s attention was that one thing that made a truthful difference from others. The day we landed in Buenos Aires we had a coffee near our hotel and our agent showed up to introduce himself in person. We felt we already had a friend in the big city. Even when the other people that were travelling with us got sick, he checked on us every time. We thought he really cared about us having a great time in his country and the service he provided was even better than we experienced with other specialists. This journey was a lifetime wish to us. We really like being in contact with nature, we will never forget the falls and feeling their power. Our favorite and most silent moment was trekking above the glaciers. We were sailing through the Argentine Lake and its blue waters when everything went quiet, the only sounds we heard was the ice breaking and the little birds. Absolutely wonderful! Now back in the US, we would like to steal some days of Buenos Aires just to experience more natural surroundings and less city life. It’s a nice capital but it’s quite similar to other big cities in the world. “
Buenos Aires All Inclusive Review by Chris & Lindsey.
” From the first moment Ibiza Travel team were incredibly helpful with our requests. We were quite unsure about which places we wanted to visit, and Nicolas helped us building two different itineraries so we could choose the one that we liked most. Ibiza Travel provided an efficient App for us to get in contact quickly with them and Nicolas arranged our transfers. Our journey ran smoothly, and everything went well according to what we’ve planned. Our guides were very profesional and kind. There are no words to describe how much I suggest booking with Nicolas and his team, we were pleased to have met him during our time in Argentina. “
